Victor Munro, CINRM | GRINC, ITPM
Victor is an experienced cyber strategy, security and insider risk, and threat intelligence consultant with a focus on enterprise-level transformations in risk management with Deloitte Canada. He has 20 years of experience in Canadian federal government security & intelligence, public finance critical infrastructure, and private global multi-national IT services sectors. He has helped organizations, including U.S. Fortune 500 companies, Canadian multi-national organizations, critical infrastructure and federal government entities, implement insider threat, cloud security, and incident management strategies, programs and training, to manage risk and enhance organizational resilience.
As the Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Insider Risk Management Centre of Excellence, Victor is fostering academic, private, and public partnerships to further academic research, practical skills training, knowledge sharing, and employment opportunities in the professional market to mitigate insider threats to critical infrastructure. He is also a Ph.D. Candidate at Carleton University, Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, and presently conducting a national study with private/public critical infrastructure partners on insider threat monitoring controls.

Matthew Salier
Matthew is a strategic advisor and transformation leader with deep experience helping organisations define their case for change, align technology investments to strategic outcomes, and realise measurable value. Extensive background operating at the intersection of strategy, innovation, digital capability uplift, and ecosystem development across government, defence, higher education, cyber, and industry.
Matthew was the former CEO of the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre (A3C) and Australian Insider Risk Centre of Excellence (AIR COE), a member based not-for-profit focused on raising cyber capability in businesses and community across Australia. He was also the first Secretary General of the Five Eyes Insider Risk Practitioner Alliance (FIRPA).

Proven ability to partner with executives, sales teams, solution consultants, and multi-stakeholder environments to articulate impact, accelerate adoption, and guide transformation through ambiguity.

Dr. Eric Lang
Eric Lang, Ph.D, is the Chief Human Science Officer of Prosocial Science International, which specializes in psychological, social, and behavioral science research, consulting, and training for understanding and managing malicious and unintentional Insider Risks.
Dr. Lang was previously the Director (2024-2025) of Behavioral Risk Sciences (BRS) at the U.S. Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), the largest security organization in the U.S. Government, and is known internationally for his leadership and contributions as the Director (2011-2024) of the U.S. DoD’s Personnel and Security Research Center (PERSEREC). Dr. Lang has over 35 years of experience designing and managing social science research to improve policies and programs—contributions that have been recognized through several prestigious awards (e.g., from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Dept of Defense).
His doctorate degree in Social Psychology is from the University of Michigan and, prior to joining the Federal Government, his research and leadership included roles at the Institute for Social Research, American Institutes for Research, Sociometrics Corporation, and Northop Grumman. Dr. Lang focuses primarily on applied research to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and fairness of personnel security, insider threat and suitability policies, systems, training, and tools.
In addition to improving programmatic quality and efficacy, innovations from his leadership have resulted in savings of hundreds of millions of dollars. As one of the few international authorities in this area, Dr. Lang provides consultation and keynote presentations to many public and private sector organizations in the U.S., NATO, FVEY countries, and other key international partners (for example through his Advisory Board roles in Australia, Canada, Israel, and Sweden), most recently in areas related to insider risk and organizational culture.

Guy Roberts
A lawyer by profession, Guy has extensive experience in business strategy, financial turnarounds, M&A, and leadership mentoring. He founded GR Advisory to help businesses achieve sustainable growth and navigate business challenges.
His expertise includes deal negotiations, managing large-scale integrations, and providing strategic governance, HR, and operational leadership. He specialises in driving business success through tailored strategies, operational best practice, and project management excellence.
Previously, as the CEO and Managing Director at Nobles and Penrice, he managed complex and challenging financial and operational turnarounds through developing new business models and strategic alliances. His leadership at Orica involved expanding international markets, driving innovation, and optimizing operations to deliver strong growth and profitability.
He is a proven business leader, strategic thinker and effective influencer, and enjoys building compelling, shared views of the future and inspiring others to take the journey to that future. He is passionate about building profitable and sustainable businesses.
At GR Advisory he offers expert business advisory and project management services. He is regularly engaged to mentor incumbent CEOs and emerging leaders. He also provides interim CEO services.
Guy was also the second Secretary General of the Five Eyes Insider Risk Practitioner Alliance (FIRPA).

Geir Lerhol
Geir is a member of the expert committee of the Norwegian Business Advisory Council, where he contributes to the national development of work on insider risk in close collaboration with experts from across Norwegian public and private entities. He has a strong focus on strategic security management, personnel security, and organizational resilience, combining long term risk understanding with practical execution and decision making in demanding real world situations.
Before entering the private sector, Geir gained extensive experience from both military and police service, providing him with a solid operational foundation that informs his strategic approach to security.
In his role as Head of Security at Höegh Evi, Geir is responsible for developing and governing security strategies and personnel security frameworks. He leads initiatives across risk assessment, security governance, crisis management, and emergency preparedness, with a strong emphasis on protecting people, maintaining trust, and ensuring organizational continuity.

Anders Selvehed
Anders Selvehed is a Swedish executive and strategic advisor specializing in personnel security and insider risk management, with extensive experience at the intersection of security, human resources, and regulatory compliance. As CEO of Scandinavian Recruitment Intelligence (SRI), he has played a key role in advancing capabilities in background screening, security vetting, and evidence-based approaches to mitigating insider threats.
Under his leadership, SRI has established a Swedish Center of Excellence in collaboration with the Insider Risk Practitioner Alliance (IRPA), promoting international knowledge exchange, research collaboration, and the development of best practices.
Prior to co-founding Scandinavian Recruitment Intelligence (SRI), Anders Selvehed served as CEO for the Nordics, and member of the EMEA leadership team of a U.S.-based HR technology company.
He is also a Swedish serial entrepreneur who has founded and developed several companies across different industries, bringing a strong track record of innovation, strategic leadership, and organizational growth.
Anders holds a Master of Science in Business Administration.

Bill Trent
Bill joined McKinsey in the 1980s, becoming partner and co-head of two global practices. He took on a variety of roles including CFO of a FTSE100 business and an investment bank, advising on restructuring cases and acting as an Expert Witness on advice to boards and risk management. He began working in cyber security in 2013 and has been a managing director in a leading US adviser on cyber incidents, a leading UK security consultancy and, most recently, Accenture.
He has advised global leaders in FS, technology, aerospace & defence, operators of critical national infrastructure and government agencies on insider risk management, cyber-security, resilience and the handling of major incidents.

Dawn Haley
Dawn Haley is the Senior Manager for Threat Management at Duke Energy Corporation, where she heads the Digital Forensics Investigations and Insider Threat teams.
In her role, Dawn collaborates closely with Human Resources, Legal, Ethics, and Data Privacy to protect Duke Energy’s people, assets, operations, and brand across its seven-state footprint.
Prior to joining Duke Energy, Dawn served in the United States Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom as a Human Intelligence Collector and Korean linguist.
Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies from American Military University, with a minor in Digital Forensics, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She also possesses several technical certifications from SANS, as well as the Global Counter Insider Threat Certified Professional certification from the University of Maryland Applied Research Lab.

Curtis “Curt” Nield is the Regional Vice President of Sales at DTEX Systems, responsible for driving growth across Canada and Strategic U.S. accounts. He brings over two decades of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise sales, holding leadership roles at industry leaders including at DTEX Systems, Vectra AI, Checkmarx, FireEye and F5 Networks.
At DTEX, Curt focuses on championing Insider Risk Management (IRM), enterprise behavioral DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and workforce cyber intelligence solutions designed to detect, prevent, and orchestrate protections against insider threats A committed customer advocate, he works closely with CISOs and security teams to help enterprises build proactive, next-gen insider risk programs.

Michael Crouse is the Senior Director, Insider Risk Management at Everfox. Pierre-Luc Pomerleau is a Partner in Financial Crime at Deloitte Canada, where he helps clients manage their risks and protect their assets while growing their business. He has over 20 years of experience in financial crime, cybercrime, technology, and risk management, working with various industries and sectors, including banking, insurance, government, and academia.
Dr. Pomerleau holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Homeland Security from Northcentral University. In 2020 he published his book Countering Cyber Threats to Financial Institutions: A Private and Public Partnership Approach to Critical Infrastructure with Palgrave Macmillan. His latest book Evidence-Based Cybersecurity: Foundations, Research, and Practice was published by Routledge (Taylor & Francis) in June 2022.
He has presented, as a subject matter expert in fraud, security, and financial crime, at various conferences in Canada and in the United States. He is also a certified professional in security, fraud, and anti-money laundering, holding the CPP, PSP, PCI, CFE, CAMS, CCCI, and CFCI credentials. He is passionate about advancing the knowledge and practice of evidence-based cybersecurity and fostering public-private partnerships to counter cyber threats.

Frank L. Greitzer, Ph.D.
Frank L. Greitzer is President and Principal Scientist at PsyberAnalytix, LLC, which performs applied research and consulting in cognitive systems engineering and human-systems analysis to improve information technology/computational science support for decision making, training, and human information processing. He holds a PhD degree in Mathematical Psychology with specialization in memory and cognition and a BS degree in Mathematics.
Recently Dr. Greitzer joined Cogility Software, as an advisor and Chief Behavioral Scientist, to pursue common interests in advancing behavioral analytic models of insider risk, while continuing in his role as President and Principal Scientist at PsyberAnalytix.
Dr. Greitzer founded PsyberAnalytix after retiring from the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in 2012, where he served as a Chief Scientist for Cognitive Informatics and supported research in human-system integration, decision making and information processing in applied areas of cyber security, power grid/smart grid operational decision making, and intelligence/information analysis. With over forty years of applied research and development experience in cognitive psychology, information analysis/threat assessment, and user-centered design, his current research focus is on human behavior modeling to anticipate cyber/insider threats. Dr. Greitzer served as Editor-in-Chief of the journal, Counter-Insider Threat Research and Practice (CITRAP), for the inaugural issue (August 2022).
