Our Vision
Our Alliance provides access to a wealth of expertise and knowledge sharing opportunities. Members benefit from the collective wisdom and experience of industry leaders, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest insights and strategies to mitigate insider risk effectively.
Our Mandate
IRPA's purpose is to unite communities of skilled practitioners committed to the mission of proactive insider risk management to support resilient academic, private, and public organizations in the face of evolving insider threats. IRPA's secretariat is based in Canada under the lead of the Canadian Insider Risk Management Centre of Excellence (CInRM CoE), and developed in partnership with its members.

Our Value Proposition
The value proposition of IRPA for our membership includes:
1. Offering a central administrative establishment for the standardization of the Alliance’s international memberships;
2. International amplification of COE national initiatives;
3. Coordination of international events to bring together COEs and the industry-at-large;
4. Providing assistance and helping to foster the development of new COEs; and,
5. Bringing together international working groups (based on geo-politically aligned and existing international security initiatives including Five Eyes, the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue Plus) to generate best practices and lessons learned for all members of the Alliance.
